możliwość instalacji ogrzewania Explanation: Sądzę, że jak sugerował to Archi w swojej uwadze, chodzi o możliwość instalacji. Patrzymy na to z polskiej perspektywy, gdzie ogrzewanie zazwyczaj jest w postaci kloryferów. W UK często jedynym ogrzewaniem domów były kominki, teraz instaluje się ogrzewanie elektryczne. IMVHO chodzi o to, że w instalacja elektryczna musi wytrzymać podłączenie grzejnika o wystarczającej mocy, żeby utrzymać temperature w głównym pomieszczeniu. Spać można w pomieszczeniu zimniejszym (i tak się przykrywasz), w kuchni podczas gotowania się podgrzeje, zaś 'main habitable room' to moim zdaniem salon, gdzie się siedzi i np. ogląda telewizję. Zbyt niska temperatura jest tu poważnym problemem. |
