Explanation:
W bardziej szczegółowej analizie wyniki większości punktów w skali PANSS
korelowały pozytywnie z długością hospitalizacji. Najwyższy współczynnik korelacji
dotyczył punktów P2 (dezorganizacja pojęciowa; tau-b Kendalla = 0,266; p < 0,0005),
N4 (bierność/apatia, wycofanie społeczne; tau-b Kendalla = 0,254; p < 0,0005) i G13
(zaburzenie woli; tau-b Kendalla = 0,255; p < 0,0005). Co ciekawe, korelacji nie uwidoczniono m.in. w zakresie punktu P1 (urojenia) i G6 (depresja).

Disturbance of volition (G13)
Disturbance of volition was rated higher by Polish psychiatrists
, probably at the expense of passiveness and
apathy. Both items should be defined more precisely
because passiveness and lack of interest may be interpreted as indecisiveness. The discrepancy between
ratings may have been affected by comprehension
problems (the translated content was presented in subtitles that do not stress relevant differences).
