Em inglês, há uma distinção clara entre stuntman/daredevil e "stunt double" (que substitui atores em cenas perigosas no cinema e TV). No Brasil, é comum usar "dublê" em referência a pessoas que fazem qualquer tipo de exibição perigosa. Não sei se é o caso do "duplo" em Portugal. Se não há um termo específico, uma opção seria descrever, p.ex., "artista que participa de cenas/manobras/acrobacias arriscadas/perigosas", algo assim...
