Bônus: não ficou incompleta essa expressão entre parênteses na frase acima? Não consigo entender. Não deveria ser algo como "without the courier cost", ou "courier cost not included"? Não consigo associar essas recompensas ao serviço de correios. :(

Quanto à segunda dúvida, entendo que os pontos podem ser usados para pagar o treinamento completo ou os vouchers/vales, mas não para arcar com despesas de envio/transporte :)

Quanto ao '(not the courier cost)' acredito que esteja escrito desta referindo-se que os descontos não se aplicam para taxas do correio...

'Cupons de (...)', podes completar com a tradução da sigla caso ela tenha uso no português. Como não tinha um contexto mais especifico vou deixar um link para siglas caso não tenha-o feito ainda e queria fazer:
