platform proteins

This is about proteins that are naturally part of the transcription platform, not about creating a platform for the production of proteins, which is what Marlene suggests. I would suggest something like 'proteínas da plataforma (de transcrição)' but this gives very few hits. Although this is my specialisation area, I am not a native speaker of Portuguese and I find it difficult to think of another, more widely used, description of these proteins.
