This is part of a Study Services Agreement between an Angolan Oil Company (Company A) and an Offshore Company (Company B)

Whereas Company B has expertise in the offshore oil and gas exploration and production industry and the marine industry in general.

Whereas Company A desires to use Company B's services for consulting engineering, construction supervision, etc.

2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payment

COMPANY A shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide COMPANY B to the best of its knowledge, with such information as may be reasonably requested by COMPANY B in connection with assessment of Taxes in any country where Services are performed and COMPANY B shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide COMPANY A to the best of its knowledge with such information as may be reasonably requested by COMPANY A in connection with assessment of Taxes in Belgium related to the performance of the Services, where applicable.
