W - Width
(Per pan operation direction, when running product through the system width wise, is referred to as “Hard Way” since it has minimum product contact for guide work.)
H - Height
Automatic Pan Adjustments
For both the Stacker, UnStacker and SRU models, equipped with fully automatic adjustments, all that is required from the operator to do is select corresponding pan recipe from the operator interface.
Once it has been determined which product to run through the system next it must be entered into the operator interface program.

With this more semi -automatic system, scales are positioned on the guide work for reference indication to repeat positions for the products in future changeover.
The following are general recommendation for setting the guides to allow for proper clearance for the product:
