I wanted to make sure this sentence was correctly translated. There are several different kinds of housing vouchers. Project base voucher is a type of voucher, tied to a specific building, rather than a person. A mobile voucher can be used by a person wherever they can find a landlord who accepts them. I might be a difficult concept to translate but it should be correctly translated.

Who Qualifies?
Eligibility for mobile vouchers is based on a family’s gross income relative to area median income (AMI). In Massachusetts, 75% of voucher recipients have incomes below 30% AMI, and 25% of recipients have incomes between 30-50% AMI (see DHCD Guide). DHCD Statewide Waiting List

The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) administers a statewide waiting list for HCVP mobile vouchers.
