Este valoarea noua a capitalui, obtinuta in urma unei tranzactii financiare. Sper ca n/am fost prea complicat
Pe scurt, este ceva in genul> ... costa trei lei (unde-s vremurile acelea?), este in valoare de trei lei 8-)))))

PS. Nu inseamna plafon, cum scrie cineva, deoarece capitalul poate fi redus, injectat, ridicat, etc..in ambele sensuri, vezi profit si faliment 8-)))))
