X stated that employees were uncomfortable wearing both a hair net and a cap. X further stated that videos of similar operation showed employees wearing nets only. Y noted the Committees concerns about the use of hair nets and caps and added that without a cap cold may be a factor.

Din cate stiu, angajatii ambaleaza produse alimentare si activitatea se desfasoara la temperaturi relativ scazute... Asa cum inteleg eu. "factor" aici ar avea sensul de "problemă" (frigul ar putea reprezenta o problemă). Cum insa nu sunt sigura, si e mai mult o presupunere, mi-ar prinde bine o confirmare sau alte idei. Multumesc!

Asker: Din păcate niciuna dintre vartiante nu se potrivește în contextul meu ... "fără bonetă/în lipsa bonetei frigul poate reprezenta un agent/un element/un factor. Toate trei variante "cer" un atribut, pentru a avea sens (se poate vedea ca și în exemplul oferit, factor este urmat de atributul care face clarificarea...) Am ales să traduc prin "problemă", pentru că am considerat că acesta este sensul. Mulțumesc pentru sugestii!
