În primul rând cred că este o greşeală de tipar. Termenul cerut ar trebui să fie "suppletion", in loc de "supplition" care nu există in limba engleză.

neutral  Veronica Lupascu: Cuvântul poate să nu existe în EN, dar a fost folosit cu un anumit sens, fiind împrumutat sau whatever. Autorul întrebării a specificat sensul cuv. şi în cazul dat traducem sensul, nu cuvântul.
