Before commencing unloading works, the reactor is cut down from production and then blinded and open. There is a product inside the reactor, which is a catalyst to be unloaded using vacuum unit. These is toxic atmosphere inside the reactor, so before start of works the oxygen and explosiveness levels should be measured.
