Nu sunt convinsa de sensul pe care vor sa-l dea:
1) tinand cont si de dispozitiile de mai jos ("sentence" inteles ca fraza > deci prevederile de mai jos)

2) extrapoland un pic si intervenind cu fantezia: conditionand acceptarea actiunii corective de o "sentinta" a lui X.

"For each Property, X shall have up until the day prior to the execution of the applicable Deed of Sale to raise any issue arising from an inscription at the Land Register affecting such Property, having occurred between  [Note: effective date of the Report on Title, as per s. 2.3 LOI.] and the certification date of the Index of Immovables at the Land Register on the day prior to the execution of such Deed of Sale. Y shall then have fifteen (15) days to give a Notice to X that it will correct, at Y’s costs, such defect (the “Remediation Notice”) and the Phase Closing shall be postponed until the correction of such defect at X’s satisfaction, SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING SENTENCE.

If Y does not give a Remediation Notice within the aforesaid 15-day period or the defect is not corrected within thirty (30) days following the delivery of the Remediation Notice (whichever occurs first), X shall have the right, without prejudice to any other rights which it may have with respect to such defect (including, without limitation, the right not to close the purchase and sale of the applicable Property and to consider null and void the applicable Exercise Notice), to correct or attempt to correct such defect."
