interim care plan plan individualizat de protecție pe perioadă provizorie Explanation: .. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 58 mins (2016-01-18 13:09:18 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- An interim care plan (or interim plan of arrangements for care) must always be produced at the start of Care Proceedings. Further interim plans may be required at other points during the proceedings, i.e. when directed by the Court and/or if the Local Authority wishes for the interim plan to be changed significantly. A final care plan (or final plan of arrangements for care) must normally be produced at the conclusion of Care Proceedings. The only occasions when such plans are not compulsory are when the Local Authority is withdrawing from the proceedings or when no order is recommended and there is no need for a plan of intervention by the Local Authority. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2016-01-18 13:11:36 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Acest ghid a fost elaborat de către Ministerul Protecţiei Sociale, Familiei şi Copilului cu suportul tehnic al .... elaborării şi implementării planului individualizat de asistenţă a copilului. ..... vîrsta şi sexul copiilor plasaţi precum şi tipul şi perioada plasamentului. ...
