English term or phrase: entity status is in existence
Hi,

Could someone help me translate this sentence into Russian:

"It is further certified that the entity status in Texas is in existence".

This sentence is taken from a Certificate of Fact of a Domestic For-Profit Corporation. And it's issued by Office of the Secretary of State (Texas).

Thanks!

Explanation:
