3. ORDERS. Upon Company X’s receipt of an order through the Website, Company X’s will then submit an order(s) for Products to Seller by mail or other electronic means as mutually agreed upon by the Parties to release the Products for sale to the third party buyer. Seller will promptly acknowledge Company X"s order(s) and manage the release of such Product for shipment and delivery. Seller will update the Product designation to reflect change in status and availability. Company X’s will perform export compliance review, and process customer’s account information for payment processing clearance. Following these process steps, Company X’s will either (i) clear the order for final release and shipment, or (ii) cancel the order, without any liability to Company X’s, due to non-compliance with standard clearance and/or export compliance considerations
