Asker: Да, понятно. Но проблема в том, что "significant pathological findings" тоже можно перевести как "патологические изменения". Получается: патологические изменения при вскрытии или значимые патологические изменения. Может быть, под вторыми имеются в виду изменения, когда животное еще было живо? В контексте ничего не сказано.
