Please tell me how this name is usually written in Russian. Does it decline? Thanks very much.

Russian translation:Карен
Explanation:
The name is of Armenian origin, as far as I know. It can be both male and female.

It declines if it's male: Карен, Карена, Карену, etc.

It does not decline if it's female: always "Карен".

agree  Mikhail Kropotov: in the U.S. Karen is usually female, yet Карен (emphasis on 'ren') is male.

Explanation:
In Russian there is Karina for female names from Lat. 'carina' ('keel' of a boat / ship) or (Soviet history from Karsk sea to commemorate a heroic polar quest of 'Cheluskin' in 1933). -

took info from the Dictionary of people's names, Kyiv, 1986 (in Ukr.)

I would not be surprised if the English 'Karen' originated from the same Latin 'carina' as Russian Karina.
