agree  Natasa Stankovic: Bravo, dobro ste izašli na pravi put; i meni se čini da je to pravo rešenje (a ne opštinski, lokalne samouprave i sl.) - kad već "asker", nažalost, nije dao više (šireg) konteksta ili bilo kakvog pojašnjenja.
