In considering the shape of the eucharistic room, I have considered the special requirements of the choir-offices.

У свим православним храмовима обавезно треба да постоје ограђене певнице, које представљају проширење солеје, као места за чтечеве и појце. То је "спољашњи олтар за ниже клирике". У старини су такозвани "хорови" подизани да би тамо стајале жене, а никако појци. Древна православна традиција - која води порекло из времена свештеномученика Игњатија Богоносца, коме су у виђењу показана два збора светих Анђела како наизменично певају хвалу Богу - захтева певање два збора, односно два хора (такозвано "антифоно певање"), што се и постиже уређењем две певнице, као места за црквене појце. Ова древна традиција антифоног појања до данас се чува на читавом православном Истоку. И ми морамо да се потрудимо како бисмо је обновили, јер она је небеског порекла и, како опит показује, необично оживљава богослужење, надахњујући оне који се моле.
