Postoji tihovanje spoljašnje, kada neko, odelivši se od svih, živi sam. I postoji tihovanje (bezmolvije) unutarnje, kada neko u duhu sam sa Bogom prebiva ne u grčevitoj napetosti, no slobodno.

Na osnovu izloženog, uputio bih prevod: "Dušebrižništvo", "Rukopoloženje", učestalo ispovedanje i prepuštanje molitvama. A može da se kreće prevod i do potpunog "zamonašenja". Jer gore, u izloženom tekstvu pominje se, da čovek živi potpunije kada živi potpuno duhovni život. Mogao bi da se upotrebi izraz "Duhovno preobraženje", ili "Katarza", pod uslovom da se čovek učestalo prepušta tim vrstama rituala.

disagree  Daryo: you can't simply start listing just about any term you remember that's got to do with religion, or the Orthodox Church . The "retreats" in this ST have nothing to do with "zamonašenje" nor "dušebrižništvo" nor any of the terms you listed!
