Oni imaju odredjeni alotman, ali hotel i dalje raspolaze sobama (otud 7 dana unapred).

the way it works is that a tour operator reserves for itself (to sell to its clients) a number of rooms for a given period of time; that's called "alotman" - "tur operator XX ima alotman of 50 soba u julu i avgustu"
"allocation" (of rooms for a given period) = "alotman" (soba); that's for sure
OTOH what is exactly meant by "release" of the allocation in this ST is not obvious; release could mean that part of this "allocation" was taken out of the general pool and reserved for some special purpose, i.e. "released for some specific use" (that could explain why rooms are available only after these 7 days); but without more context it's just guessing.

You have to give more context: is this a document sent from a hotel to a tourist agency?
I don't think it's sent to an individual client because "allocation" in tourism usually shows up in a contract between a tour operator and a hotel.
The fact that there was previously a mention of children may be a red herring; "release" has nothing to do with prices, special prices for children, or with prices in general.
"release" has to do with "allocation", most likely a number of rooms "allocated" to a given tour operator;
If you want to have a usable suggestion, instead of guesses, remove names form the document and post a larger sample of the ST, few lines before and after "release allocation in nights" was used.
Also is "release allocation" or "allocation" used elsewhere in the ST?
