Sta to znaci u sledecem kontekstu? Radi se o najmanjoj bezbednoj udaljenosti elektricnih vodova od magacina sa eksplozivom i municijom

The quantity-distances determined on the basis of 1) above should be reviewed in the light of a possible hazard from electrical lines and transmitters to the ammunition and explosives themselves. If any overhead transmission line approaches nearer to a building containing ammunition or explosives than one span between the poles or pylons, consideration should be given to the consequences of mechanical failure in the line. Asker: Zahvaljujem. Ali u kom smislu se kaze "Arcing and large leakage currents may be set up before the supply could be isolated." May be set up? Hvala unapred.

- Pretpostavljam da bi smisao cele te rečenice mogao da bude da opasnosti od lučnih proboja i velikih struja odvoda (puzajućih struja) mogu biti otklonjene ("set up") pre izolovanja (u smislu bezbednog smeštaja) isporuke/robe/municije (pretpostavljam da je to "supply"). U sledećoj rečenici se savetuje i način otklanjanja te opasnosti - da rastojanje (od dalekovoda) bude najmanje 15 m. To bi, po meni, bio smisao te rečenice - naravno, samo na osnovu vašeg citata. Nadam se da se to uklapa u integralni kontekst i da će vam pomoći da to još i bolje formulišete.
