To je deo kanadskog formulara (upitnika) za "international adoption"; da li se pod "non-identifying format" misli na neku posebnu kriptografsku zaštitu (i od koga se štiti)? Ako je neko veæ sreo nešto slièno, bila bih puno zahvalna na pomoæi.
