Any idea what exactly "to list a case for mention" means? I translated it as "zaevidovat pripad na prejednanie" but not 100% sure and would appreciate if somebody could approve it, respectively to correct me.

prípad (môže ísť napríklad o dedičstvo) sa po doručeni pridelí sudcovi (v prípade dedičstva notárovi) ktory sa už týmto prípadom zaoberá.
