Podrías decir algo como "discriminación a favor de los no discapacitados", pero me parece que la forma directa es más clara.

En internet se encuentran muchos casos de "discriminación de los discapacitados", pero me suena al revés, es decir parece indicar la discriminación por parte de los discapacitados.
