English term or phrase: some meats under the back
Hola, ahora sí que estoy totalmente perdida.
En la serie van a reparar un Chevelle 67 y el diálogo viene así: (los que hablan son los dueños del taller mecánico. Acaban de abrir el negocio y éste es el primer coche que reparan para vender.)

A. Alright, before we get too much further on this thing we got to decide how we’re going to do this.
B: I think we’re all happy with you know more of a period correct style ‘70s build.
C: I’m gam with that so, 472?
B:Definitely big block Chevelle.
C: Four speed?
B:Four speed for sure. The bottom line is this car has got to have some meats under the back of it. That… that’s all there is to it. Then when you get those meats under the back there but you got to have something that will handle those meats.

The vision for this car is the big block Chevelle, the right paint job, the four speed transmission. Give it that ‘70s wow pow look and let’s get this thing gone and sold. OK, we’re budgeting ourselves at $19,500 and giving ourselves three weeks to get this thing done and gone. So, each of us is throwing $5,000 of our own money into the pot. I mean we’re stepping out there. I mean you know, we got… we got to take this risk.
