disagree  Nancy Cepeda: Si estás explicando el método que se utiliza para la cuantificación del gluten lo diría de esta forma: un inmunoensayo utilizando como marcador enzimas. Pero nombrar el método se dice enzimoinmunoensayo/análisis.

  -> Estoy en desacuerdo contigo; para nombrar el método, se utilizaría "inmunoensayo enzimático", solo que a mi no me gustaba así, tal cual, para la frase original que incluye "binding"
