Mirá, por ejemplo, el primer párrafo de la página 71 de esta tesina: http://www.google.com.ar/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web... No obstante, yo hablaría simplemente de "anticuerpo inmovilizado" (se sobrentiende que si el anticuerpo está inmovilizado, se encuentra unido covalentemente al polímero que forma la placa).
