mutagénesis por escaneo de conectores Explanation: los 'conectores' (linkers) son oligonucleótidos sintéticos que se utilizan para unir secuencias o mantener propiedades de la cadena de nucleótidos. En realidad es un método para localizar regiones importantes para alguna función. En lugar de mutar individualmente los nucleótidos y ver los efectos, se introducen 'cadenitas' de secuencia conocida (los conectores) y se observan los efectos.
