English term or phrase: drafting
When someone pretends to be an employee in an organization and follows someone else into a zone where an access card is required, in English there is now a word to describe this behavior: drafting.
Since I am translating this text into Spanish, I was wondering what word to use for drafting, if any. I might just leave it as is.
Any ideas?

Spanish translation:"drafting"
Explanation:
Of course you need to leave it untranslated, since the source text says "in English there is now a word."

This is how I'd translate the phrase:

Existe una nueva palabra en inglés para describir a cuando alguien sigue de cerca a un empleado autorizado con el fin de ingresar a una zona donde se requiere una tarjeta de acceso: "drafting"

colarse

Explanation:
Aquí en México (no se en otros lugares) se puede usar para ese propósito, aunque es muy coloquial e informal.

Example sentence(s):
  • Se cuela detrás de alguien
  • Se coló detrás de alguien
