English term or phrase: e-services
e-services is part of a webpage provided by a State Agency in the USA. I translated the term as as "e-servicios." I´ve seen more and more the use of "e-" meaning electronic. I find it easy to remember for users in the USA.

For example e-Mexico
http://www.sct.gob.mx/informacion-general/areas-de-la-sct/co...

However I was corrected to servicios electrónicos which is the proper translation, but I find it too long and less user friendly.

Can anybody help me find out if the use of "e-" is used and accepted as translation? Can we use it in Spanish or not?
