El documento se refiere al sistema de control de la turbina de gas/vapor y sus generadores, que en algunos casos requiere Functional Logic Diagrams with **governor code** y, en otros, Functional Logic Diagrams only with **governor code**. Para turbinas de gas, por ejemplo (en el campo de las de aviación) tienes el FADECS (Full authority digital engine control system), que controla TODO. Esto equivaldría a un "governor" central, digital, integrado para todas las funciones. En motores más antiguos tendrías un "governor" (normalmente analógico pero también posiblemente electromecánico) para cada función o subfunción: Control de paso de combustible, control de presión del aceite (no de niveles, sino de temperaturas, caudal, etc) y a partir de ahí los que quieras.
