English term or phrase: Member of the APPA Board of Directors

Spanish translation:miembro de la Junta de Directores de APPA
Explanation:
Board of Directors is "Junta de Directores" in Puerto Rican variety of Spanish.

According to the International standard I mentioned in another topic you created,

Abbreviations used in the original text should be given in their equivalents in the language of translation, if they exist. If there is no
known equivalent, the expression represented by the abbreviation should, if possible, be explained the first time it appears in the text.

So, as far as there is no known equivalent for APPA (American Public Power Association), it should be defined: (Asociación Americana de Empresas Públicas de Electricidad).

Good luck!

Yugoslavia, one thing I have to mention: the link I provided will bring you to Indian Guidelines for presentation of translations, however, set of rules established by ISO (ISO 2384), regarding abbreviations and names os organizations, is the same.

It should, but I cannot be 100% sure. Let's wait and see what our Puerto Rican colleagues say.
