I would like to know what will be the best way to translate this phrase from American English into Puerto Rican Spanish.

It's the translation of a consultation from a Puerto Rican CEO and his American business partners about the electricity and gas production.

Is okay to translate it as "La primera planta de conversion de energia? or La Primera de PLANTA DE GENERACION DE ENERGIA?

Explanation:
Originalmente, la planta utilizaba petróleo(crudo) como combustible en la generación de energía eléctrica. La conversión corresponde al cambio de combustible. Dicha conversión es un proceso complicado para cambiar la estructura, instrumentación y sistemas de apoyo para que la planta (no es la primera) maneje gas., para producir la misma o quizás mayor producción de electricidad y más limpio proceso, aunque con mayor cuidado.

Continuaremos trabajando con la AEE y brindándole asistencia técnica para asegurar el cumplimiento con las leyes y reglamentos aplicables", dijo Enck en breves declaraciones escritas.
