English term or phrase: Many thanks friend
I just wanted to publicly thank Luis-Gustavo for initiating the meeting this morning to discuss issues related to how we address our work. The idea of "going back to school" to look at the fundamental cornerstones of the whole teacher development continuum is essential and I'm excited about it. Only then, I believe, will we be successful in defining the work that needs to be done, not done, etc.

Many thanks, friend!
