hi. What's the translation of feeding out ? thank you ; don't know if it's feeding . does it mean the locusts were eating the crops ?

a couple days later, the Father God gave him a real short dream .In this dream, there was a swarm of locusts eating crops .He couldn't see no big feeling out . he could just see that in front of him there was a whole big crop and locusts were devouring everything .
