cámaras placentarias Explanation: It is indeed a place where placentas were kept in jars. I couldn't find a direct translation of the term in Spanish. I would personally describe what they are ("cámaras donde se almacenaban/conservaban/albergaban placentas", for example), since that's how I've found them in Spanish pretty much everywhere. However, I'd say that "cámaras placentarias" is also correct, if you decide to keep the structure of the ST.
