English term or phrase: Ultimate Holding Company
I am particularly confused about the term Ultimate. I would translate Holding Company as "Sociedad de Participación" but I have seen "Ultimate Holding Company" translated as "Máxima Sociedad Controladora". I would appreciate help.

This is a report for an Australian company.

Thank you.
