estoy traduciendo los estatutos de una empresa israelí y me aparece el término "redemption of rights". Yo por el contexto creo que se trata más bien de "right of redemption", pero quizá me equivoco.

Contexto: When the membership of a member of the Society has expired, the Society will pay him for his part in the Society capital. The Society will pay this member at the nominal value of this part, without interest and linkage, within two years from the date of expiry of his membership in the Society, and as stipulated in these Bylaws and the Cooperative Society Regulations

Derecho de reembolso / devolucion


Explanation:
Buen dia a todos,

Redemption of rights, en este caso, hace referencia al derecho que tiene un asocioado a que le reembolsen los aportes realizados, al momento de terminar su vínculo con la Cooperativa, ya sea porque decide retirarse, es expulsado, fallece, o por cualquier otra causa. Dicho derecho se consagra en los estatutos, el cual es ley para las partes. Sino se consagra, el derecho sencillamente no existe.

La traducción literal en este caso no es equivalente. Aunque uno pudiera pensar que el asociado al recuperar su aporte, recupera el derecho de propiedad que tiene sobre el mismo.
