Explanation:
Tradability is an indicator that refers to goods that can be exported (tradables versus non-tradables). It is also an indicator of net exports in relation to apparent consumption.
United Nations has 'transabilidad as an indicator. See FAO below collecting national data to evaluate the impact of free trade agreements on agricultural products.
Another possibility is 'comerciabilidad. Yet, the concept used in economics and trade is that of 'bien transable. There could be a difference in use between Spain and Latin America.

To complete, in finance, I would use 'comerciables or 'comerciabilidad en el mercado secundario.
