CONTEXTO :

Stay in the loop of what’s going on in your business through Feeds.
We’ve taken the difficulty out of trying to stay on top of big deals and seamlessly organized them into one feed.

You can set up auto-follow rules so you get notified of big deals and other important activities in your feed.
There’s no need to hit a sync button or refresh the page since your feed is updated automatically.

Collaboration is an important aspect in business. A platform where you can actively get involved in the discussions
and share your ideas can be very useful and time saving.

The Feeds feature provides one such platform where you can openly share your views and discuss matters with team members to speed up the decision process. Additionally, Feeds also gives you updates on the important records that you follow such as who updated a record, what changes were made to a record, etc.

Feed: (corriente de) alimentación, dispositivo de alimentación. De ahí, si no quieres el término tan técnico y que resulte más explicativo bien puedes usar "canal de noticias" que es como se acuña en muchos escritos.
