English term or phrase: Compelling quality
Hello everyone.

I'm subtitling a movie and, at some point, they're talking about lifetime insurance, suddenly the seller says: "you have a very compelling quality." and she responds: "this is a very unusual insurance meeting.".h

I know he's flirting with the lady, but I would like to find the equivalent of "compelling quality" to try to adapt it.

Thank you so much for your help.

Cualidad atractiva

Explanation:
"Compelling" generally means "convincente" but since you are describing a moment of flirting I will go for "atractiva" which also means "compelling" but it's a less common use of the word. Besides I'd choose "cualidad" as a translation of "quality" because he's refering to her rather than to the insurance. Therefore, a person has a "cualidad" and not a "calidad". Hope this helps.

cobertura atractiva

Explanation:
Yo jugaría con el término "cobertura" aprovechando el concepto de "Qualifying event", defindo como "something that happens which is covered by your insurance policy" (ver referencia).
