Explanation: I'm going to have a go at an answer, based on what I *think* the text is trying to say - but I get the feeling something's not quite right in your text (and I have a lot of experience with legal texts). To me at least, it doesn't look like it was written by a native speaker. POR CUANTO ya se ha realizado todo lo necesario para que los pagarés (or whatever you're using for "Notes") constituyan obligaciones legales, válidas y vinculantes (redundant, I'd argue - you may only need one of those three) una vez otorgados (= executed) por la empresa, así como para que el contenido del presente (or "de la presente", depending on what you're calling the document) constituya un acuerdo (and/or "contrato", if you like, but again, probably redundant) válido por las disposiciones que contiene; "these presents" means "everything written on this document here". Think of the expression "Know all men by these presents..." Anyway, as far as I can tell, that's what they're trying to say (hence the medium confidence level) - but again, I don't think it's very well written. |
