English term or phrase: to constitute these presents a valid indenture
La frase aparece en una escritura que establece la forma de pago de una deuda. Esta es la oración completa:

WHEREAS, all the things necessary to make the Notes, when executed by the Company the valid, binding and legal obligations of the Company, and to constitute these presents a valid Indenture and agreement according to its terms, have been done;

Spanish translation:para que el contenido del presente constituya un acuerdo válido...
Explanation:
I'm going to have a go at an answer, based on what I *think* the text is trying to say - but I get the feeling something's not quite right in your text (and I have a lot of experience with legal texts). To me at least, it doesn't look like it was written by a native speaker.

POR CUANTO ya se ha realizado todo lo necesario para que los pagarés (or whatever you're using for "Notes") constituyan obligaciones legales, válidas y vinculantes (redundant, I'd argue - you may only need one of those three) una vez otorgados (= executed) por la empresa, así como para que el contenido del presente (or "de la presente", depending on what you're calling the document) constituya un acuerdo (and/or "contrato", if you like, but again, probably redundant) válido por las disposiciones que contiene;

"these presents" means "everything written on this document here". Think of the expression "Know all men by these presents..."

Anyway, as far as I can tell, that's what they're trying to say (hence the medium confidence level) - but again, I don't think it's very well written.
