The shares shall have, and be subject to, the following rights and restrictions:

En realidad el texto se refiere a los derechos relacionados con la tenencia de acciones y con "income" se refiere a los derechos de las accionistas sobre la parte de ingresos que se divide entre los accionistas con los dividendos (cada tres meses en la mayoría de las companías norteamericanas). Pero abajo en el segundo ítem habla de acciones tipo "C" que no van a recibir dividendo. Hay muchas compañías que tienen diferentes tipos de acciones, tipo A, B, C, con diferentes derechos.
