Siempre había visto esta expresión en procedimientos penales como la "fase preparatoria" pero en derecho marcario y, en concreto, en un proceso de oposición al registro de una marca, no tengo muy claro que se deba traducir así.

A lo largo del documento se habla de varias etapas. "First Set of Requests for Admission" es el primer paso. Despué se va a "initial disclosures", "set of interrogatories" y "production of documents".

No estoy familiarizada con este procedimiento. ¿Alguna sugerencia/ bibliografía/ texto paralelo?
