Es la información o declaración informativa que se envía a los accionistas (con derecho de voto) previamente a la celebración de una asamblea y antes de que estos deleguen su voto. Su envío es obligatorio de acuerdo a lo dispuesto por la SEC. Es una información que debe acompañar al documento de solicitud de la delegación del voto.
