English term or phrase: land
Buenas tardes.

Estoy traduciendo una política de privacidad muy sencilla, pero me encuentro con un término que no acabo de entender en este contexto. La frase en la que se encuentra es la siguiente:

The Company shall not be liable for any damage that may occur to the hardware or
software of the user that may arise as a result of the use of this website and/or land or
in connection of this website with other websites/hypertext links or internet resources.

¿Alguien puede ayudarme?

Gracias y saludos
Nadia

One of many examples of faulty editing and poor English, IMO.

xx shall not be liable for any damage that may occur to the hardware or software of the user that may arise as a result of the use of this website ***and/or land*** or *** in connection of*** this website with other websites/**hyper-test** links or internet resources.

Comments:
1) Perhaps the error is the use of the word "land" instead of "links".
2) In addition, ".... or in connection **with*** this ...." (not "of").
3) "hyper-test" should be "hypertext", no?

Here is a better version:

xx shall not be liable for any damage which may be caused to the **hardware or software of the user that may arise as a result of the use of this Website and/or the connection of this Website with other websites or internet resources.**

In summary, "land" makes no sense.

A final thought:

Other sites I've looked at with similar phrasing make reference to a "web/site linked to this website", in other words, "linked sites", and could be another possibility for the word "land". See examples:
