Explanation:
Carga el equipo al hombro.

Me inclinaría a usar “el todo por la parte”... aunque como dice Lorena, sería “el hueco sobre tu clavícula”... Creo que con decir “cargar al hombro” queda claro.

Dispulpas, de hecho, no es "sobre" sino "justo bajo la clavícula".

Pero a efectos de "cargar" con decir "al hombro", creo que es muy claro.

agree  Carlos Blanco, B.Sc. in Chemistry: I don´t think this has to do with rifles so I am inclined to follow you, when you carry anything on your shoulder if there is it a strap it will pass right through your shoulder pocket which is the depresion between the deltoid and the chest.

bolsillo de tu hombro


Explanation:
Si hablamos de tiro, algo me dice que por ahí es la cosa, esa parte del cuerpo se llama el "bolsillo del hombro". Como no sé si ese es el contexto mi nivel de confianza no es mayor
