English term or phrase: thumb ball
Hi everybody,

Could you please help me with the term in the title?

I am translating training material for employees at a clothing store about customer engagement, sales projections, seasonal highlights, the best selling products, etc. Below is some context:

Have associate walk the floor and find items contained within the assigned weekly Big Idea.
Use the Check for Understanding questions.

Seasonal Highlights
Gather feedback from your team; wins, opportunities, and solutions to opportunities. [1]Share feedback during weekly conference calls and leadership meetings.
Show-off new favorites for the season, including updates to Tommy classics.
Fabrications & wash treatments can hold tremendous selling power. In an ecomm era, remind customers of the tactile benefits of in-store shopping.

Have fun with it! Tie in the thumb ball and create questions around the Big Ideas. Have a scavenger hunt for your team; let them earn Tommy Bucks or extra 15 minute breaks.

I think a "thumb ball" might be the tool that appears in the link below, but I'm not sure and I can't find an equivalent if there is one.

Doy un nivel bajo de seguridad porque no sé si existirá un término ya acuñado.

Pero basándome en lo que esto parece ser, te doy un par de opciones, por si inspiran.
